Hey there, I'm Jennifer, certified intentional living coach!

These days it seems like we're juggling even more than we were before, and life seems to have more problems to figure out, too.

As a homeschooling mom of 9 as well as a business owner (from home), I often feel like my head is spinning with all the things I need to keep straight & deal with.

Decision fatigue, a lack of time boundaries & what feels like never-ending failures & frustrations seem to be a way of life.

Thankfully, I've learned that focusing on making just one or two things run more smoothly in my life (like meals or laundry) really does make an enormous difference in how I feel every day. The simple systems I've created are things you can do, too, and I'm so excited to share them with you!
